Futures for All – West London

NEETS, or “Not in Education, Employment, or Training,” are young people who are currently not engaged in any formal educational programs, employment, or vocational training. In West London, like in many other urban areas, there are various initiatives and support systems in place to assist NEETS in finding pathways to education, employment, or training opportunities.

By providing comprehensive support across various aspects of life, including education, employment, housing, finance, and wellbeing, their ambition is to empower care leaver NEETS to achieve their full potential and successfully transition into independent adulthood.

Pathway Group believe by working in partnership with Local Authorities and Support Organisations they can provide effective support and services to communities without duplicating.

Futures for All – West London Care Leavers project is designed to support 16–24-year-olds who face multiple barriers to their participation and need a different type of provision to engage them in learning and keep them engaged.

Providing services to care leavers who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) requires a holistic approach that addresses their unique needs and challenges. Here are some key services that we can support care leavers NEET:

Their personalised support can include but not limited to:

– Educational Support
– Employment Services
– Housing and Accommodation Support
– Financial Guidance
– Health and Wellbeing Services
– Life Skills Training
– Social Support and Networks
– Legal and Advocacy Support

Their project will support Young Care Leavers (aged 16-24) across 7 West London boroughs, Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, and Hounslow.

If you are working with Young Care Leavers who would benefit from tailored and individualised support, which offers a creative and long-term approach, with the opportunity for care leavers to receive support for up to one year – please get in contact.
