Green Economy Design Lab Symposium

Businesses, industry bodies, and community organisations are invited to attend The Mayor’s Design Lab Symposium, hosted by the GLA’s Workforce Integration Network (WIN).

This in-person event takes place on 6th March at City Hall and will address workforce integration and labour market inequalities, focusing on how businesses can promote fair employment. 

WIN works to improve pathways for under-represented groups in the workplace to access and progress in good work and sustainable careers.

The event will focus on the role of business in creating fair employment and showcase progress, share learnings, and discussing new cross-sector opportunities emerging from the Mayor of London’s Design Lab programme.

Since the launch of the Design Lab programme in 2021, over 60 leading companies have joined the Design Lab, collaborating to address workforce integration challenges. From tackling racism to removing barriers to representation.
